El análisis comparativo de la gerencia de las mPymes de El Espinal, del Sur Oriente del Tolima y de Iberoamérica, sirve como referencia de la importancia de la apropiación de conceptos, técnicas y tendencias novedosas para incursionar y sobresalir en el ámbito empresarial a nivel local, nacional e internacional. El desempeño gerencial juega un papel de vital importancia en la supervivencia de las empresas en el difícil y hostil mercado globalizado, cada vez son más amplios los campos de especialización de los dirigentes de las organizaciones, son mayores sus retos y más amplias las brechas entre la gestión y la competitividad anhelada. 
En este trabajo se realiza un estudio comparativo de tres trabajos realizados con anterioridad; uno es local. Análisis Estratégico de La Gerencia de mPymes del Sector Servicios, en El Espinal, Tolima, Colombia, el segundo es uno regional, Análisis Estratégico De La Gerencia   De mPymes Del Sector Servicios En El Sur Oriente Del Tolima-Colombia, y el tercero es un estudio Iberoamericano, Análisis Estratégico Para El Desarrollo De La MPYME En Iberoamérica.
Los tres estudios son similares pero no idénticos, factor limitante que no permite una comparación exacta, pero por medio de ajustes matemáticos y estadísticos se pueden comparar los resultados de cada uno y sacar conclusiones muy importantes para aportar a las mPymes, herramientas gerenciales y estratégicas para lograr su crecimiento y desarrollo sostenido, para incursionar en nuevos mercados.

ABSTRACT
           The comparative analysis of the management of mPyme in El Espinal, South East of Tolima and Ibero-America serves as a reference for the importance of the appropriation of concepts, techniques and innovative trends to enter and excel in the business environment at the local, National and international. Managerial performance plays a vital role in the survival of companies in the difficult and hostile globalized market, the fields of specialization of the leaders of organizations are becoming wider, their challenges are greater and the gaps between the Management and competitiveness sought.

In this work a comparative study of three previously performed works is carried out; one is local. Strategic Analysis of the Management Of mPymes Of the Services Sector, In El Espinal, Tolima, Colombia, the second is a regional, Strategic Analysis Of The Management Of mPymes Of Services Sector In The South East Of Tolima-Colombia, and the third is a study Iberoamerican, Strategic Analysis for the Development of MPYME in Latin America.
The three studies are similar but not identical, a limiting factor that does not allow an exact comparison, but by means of mathematical and statistical adjustments the results of each one can be compared and very important conclusions can be obtained to provide to SMEs, managerial and strategic tools for Achieve its growth and sustained development, to penetrate new markets.
